I find immense fulfillment leveraging 9 years of I.T. experience (Network, System, Security Engineering) and a sprinkle of OCD; to design, document and provide technical solutions to individuals and businesses alike.

My primary focus is on remote consultation. Providing design, documentation and remote support in configuration, deployments and troubleshooting solutions provided by vendors; Ubiquiti and Synology.

However, I have experience with designing, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting vendor solutions provided by Cisco, Arista Routing and Switching platforms, Mikrotik and Palo Alto.

I am always interested in unique projects. If I'm not able to help, I'll point you in the right direction.

Emergency Assistance

If you're in a pinch (infrastructure/environment emergency), normally would be best if you reach out to your vendor support normally obtained during hardware/service procurement.

However, as long as it is not time sensitive; should you hit a dead end and no other option exists, heck or if support doesn't exist anymore, reach out. The cost is greater and can't guarantee a fix, but will put forward the upmost effort in finding a solution or viable next steps. Have had a good amount of success finding solutions to bleak problems.
