NetBlock.Systems Subscription/Donation Refund Policy
Please understand that all content and services provided are delivered on an "as a service" basis, which means:
No Refunds
- Once a payment is made for any NetBlock.Systems service or subscription, there will be no refunds issued. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly subscriptions, one-time donations, or any other form of payment processed for access to our services, content, and benefits.
Rationale
- The nature of the service we provide involves immediate access to digital content, community interactions, and exclusive resources which cannot be reclaimed once accessed by the member.
- The maintenance of servers, creation of content, and the community engagement efforts are ongoing costs incurred as soon as a member joins, making refunds impractical.
Exceptions
- Billing Error: In the rare case where a payment was made in error (e.g., double billing), please contact us within 5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday) of the charge appearing on your account. We will work to address any such issues, although refunds are still at the discretion of Stripes policies.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- If supporting our efforts is no longer desired or possible, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Please note, that no refund is provided for the current billing period; Upon cancellation, your account and access will remain until the current billing period is over and no additional charges will be made for the next billing cycle.
